Service Plans

Monthly Monitoring Visits - We’ll contact you throughout the season to schedule a visit. During this visit, your service team will run your system, check all zones, make small adjustments, and fine-tune everything to make sure it’s working properly.
If we notice anything that needs more than minor adjustments, we’ll explain what we’re seeing and go over the best next step with you. Any parts or labour beyond the one-hour visit are billed separately.

Priority Booking - Priority clients are scheduled first for spring start-ups, and are added to the service schedule as quickly as possible during the season for adjustments or service needs.
During periods of extreme heat, Premier Care clients receive priority scheduling to ensure systems are operating and adjusted properly before peak demand.

Labour Savings - The labour discount applies to regular service and repairs. It does not apply to new installations, major system upgrades, or materials.
